Ingeus Telephone Interview (for employment advisor role)

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has had experience of having a telephone interview with Ingeus for the role of employment advisor.

I have one but I'm not sure what to expect and would like to do some prep.

Any help or advice would be great. Thanks.

If you have volume control on your phone, turn it up. The woman is not english and has a very quiet voice. They ask the usual competancy questions, so use STAR (loads of info on net about this), I have no idea what they are looking for, but it wasn't anything I said. You get no feed back what so ever. No role play, but I think it may have been for a different post (I think mine was trainer rather than advisor) If you look hard enough, there is a post on this forum from some time ago on Igneus interviews. Put a search in for it. Good luck!

Hello Honeypie, how did your interview go, what competency based questions were asked in the telephone interview. And what was the scenerio for the role play. feedback will be greatly appreciated
