Feeling Stupid - Halifax One BT 0%

I'm trying to address my debts and thought I should transfer my Egg card balance of 9K to my Halifax One CC on 0% Balance Transfer. (I already had a balance of 2K on Halifax One) This went through ok, except now my H'Fax card has gone from £6 Interest per month on the 2K, to £106 per month on the 11k. I feel so stupid as I thought the BT would be interest free.........what have I done wrong?
Also the minimum payment has gone from £29 Halifax on £2k plus £170 on Egg on £9k to now they are both together on Halifax the minimum repayment is £232.00 per month.
What have I done wrong?!

Hi,
Did they offer you a 0% deal on the halifax card because you say you already had 2k on there - normally BT's deals are only for a few months after opening the card.
might be worth applying for a totally new card like the M&S one which is no BT fee & 4.9% on the balance for life or there are others that are 0% on the balance but only for about a year.
