Primula Help

Hi All,

I'm currentely living in rented accomodation and so currentely have a lovely container garden - one of the plants that has been a joy this winter and spring is the primula.

I've read that these are perennials and are keen to save them for next year (when hopefully will in a new mortgaged house and therefore they can go in the ground)

Looking to plant some annuals in the containers - what am I best off doing?

Also are they easy to divide - when should I be looking to do this?

They will do fine in pots don't let them get waterlogged and bung in some tomato feed every wit and while to keep them going, if they are coloured you will tho most likely find that they return to primroses i've only ever been able to keep the pink ones the rest return to yellow, just carefully pull them apart when you move them to the garden. and leave them to it

I take it it a large pot you want mix an easy way of doing this is sink smaller pots into the larger pot's then you can change round the annuals as they finish without disturbing the other's too much a great way of keeping colour in the garden.
