Emerald Street has teamed up with base2stay Liverpool, Tate Liverpool and Virgin Trains to offer one lucky winner the ultimate Pop Capital of the World experience.
The prize includes a two-night stay at base2stay Liverpool, one of the UK's top 20 trendiest hotels, two tickets to Tate Liverpool's celebration of pop culture at the new Glam! The Performance of Styleexhibition and a two return tickets from London to Liverpool with Virgin Trains.
