How come? BT Line Rental is £15.45 per month, or £10.75 equivalent if you use Line Rental Saver. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
Does your Mum have Sky TV too ? If she has TV, Talk and BB the basic BB is free with Sky.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

just looked, think im paying £18 a month to BT because i think i pay £3.30 a month for unlimited evening and weekend calls package! (my call package is with sky anyway as i pay sky £5 a month for there 'anytime' call package!!)
i think my mum has got the middle broadband package because she pays for it, because like you say, the basic is free if you have the phone and tv.
so are sky messing up my mums bill by giving her free line rental, or do you think it could be something to do with a retention offer??0 -
So why on earth are you are paying twice for your calls? Reduce your BT calls package to the basic Weeekend Unlimited calling plan only, which is inclusive with the line rental cost of £15.45. Then use LRS as well if you want a further saving. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

Aso Sky have a half price line rental offer at the mo - but you have to ask for it! takes line rental down to £7.25 a month. Worth a saving"I AM DEATH, NOT TAXES. I TURN UP ONLY ONCE."- Terry Pratchett0
