Idiotic Buyers

I've currently got an auction running for a set of books. The average selling price per volume is around £6, so I've got them listed at £4 a volume including postage.
I've just had a message from a chancer of a buyer offering me the equivalent of £1.00 a volume once postage is removed.
What a complete and utter idiot thinking I would sell for that when the auction already has a bidder on (and 10 watching it, although that means nothing).
Seriously, don't some buyers realise an auction is an auction, if I wanted a quick sale I would have put a Buy It Now price on it.
*after having a good laugh, goes off wondering how to block bidders*

I know the feeling. Listed a whole load of games at work the other day, had someone ring us (our number's on our "about me" page) offering £10. A quick search on Amazon showed the game is £35 on there, and the lowest completed listing on ebay was £23. Lo and behold, there's now four days to go and the bidding is already over the £10 offered.
