Win a Willows Farm hamper and annual pass. Willows Farm in near St. Albans in Hertfordshire.
With the warm weather offering an excellent opportunity for al fresco dining, we have teamed up with Willows Farm Shop to give readers the chance to win a fabulous hamper packed full of foodie delights, which capture the sweet tastes of early summer.
The lucky winner will also receive an annual pass to Willows Farm Village – worth £149 – and two runners-up will also win family passes.
Don't miss the meat counter Willows Farm Shop is a haven for food lovers, offering locally sourced and tasty produce at its best with over a 100 cheeses, cooked meats, traditional hand-baked pies, pâtés and olives, plus freshly baked bread, in-store butchery and fresh fruit and vegetables.
New this spring is St Albans Ale, a lighter ale brewed from English barley and hops at Saffron Breweries, a small independent brewery near Bishops Stortford. Sales of the beer help fund the building and the work of the Abbey, which attracts thousands of people a year.
Choosing from the deli The shop also boasts a wide range of sweet chutneys, jams and relishes, and a true taste of early summer can be found in Cottage Delights’ Wild Blueberry Preserve with a hint of Lavender, and also in their Tomato, Garlic and Chilli Chutney, which is the perfect accompaniment to smoked salmon.
For something a little different, Willows Farm Shop also stock products from Taste of History, a range of recipes selected from Roman Times to the early 1950s. Delights include Elizabethan Dandelion and Apple jam, and Compote of Fruit and Vegetables.
