Bidder in Canada

Hi, a litle advice please.
I have a high value item of clothing listed on eBay, and it has one bid at the moment from someone in Canada. I've never posted abroad before and thought I had my options set to UK only. Obviously not! This bidder has not asked me for a costing for postage. My question is - has anyone any experience of posting to Canada and is there a Special Delivery equivalent? I want to be forewarned in case she wins.

Have a read of the postage sticky.
Canada is a bit picky about how you label the parcel.0 -
