t shirt

i won a tee shirt size large paid and it arrived Saturday.

really nice condition ,but .it appears to have been shrunk large width way but very small from collar to hem , emailed seller to advise of this but the reply i got was "im sorry it doesn't fit you right . but i only refund if legitimate reason .ie stain ect ."

i dont like to make a fuss but what should i do next ? is it a item not as described !?

the t shirt cost 15.00 plus 4.00 pp . thanks

I'd have thought if it was going to shrink it would shrink in all directions but am no expert. Perhaps it is just a short/cropped length?

Anyway if you are convinced that it is the item at fault, rather than that it just doesn't fit you, then it looks like you will have to open a not as described case if you want a refund. You will need to send it back tracked.

If it was used then it is quite possible it was shrunk, I am the bees knees at shrinking things and it always seems to be from collar to hem so I get what you mean. What brand is it?
  • hi i have opened a not as described. it is a Fred Perry polo neck 2nd hand . seller has will offer a partial refund of 5.00 .

do i have to accept this ? thank you

No, not if you don't want to. If you would rather return it then make sure you do so tracked.

p.s I have indeed shrunk Fred Perry in that way. I have learned the value of a clothes horse!
