Contacting ebay

Hi,
does anyone have or know where I can find a contact number for ebay (preferably the resolution number).

It is a nightmare trying to find it on the ebay site.:(

Many thanks for your help.

Email is best. A number is provided in the Resolution Area but it is a long-winded option.
  • Many thanks Buzby. I have emailed them but was hoping to speak directly to someone. All the links appear to be not working!

I disagree about emailing,it rarely achieves more than a standard response.

Go through the customer support tab and choose an option then choose contact us and telephone. If you don't get a telephone support number (and a pin to phone them to get straight through) try a different reason for contacting them until you do.

Make sure you note the PIN number.

  • Thanks Soolin, I have sorted it now and case is closed in my favour - so no need to contact them now. But I agree with speaking to someone on the phone. I tried to find the phone number this morning but certain links were broken and it kept taking me round in circles!!

    Many thanks for replying.

Once you`ve got the very important pin number ring them on the freephone number. 0800 358 6551. I never ring 0845 numbers at all. HTH.
