Anyone heard of this mob? They are threatening £90 Penalty Charge Notices in The Original Factory Shop's empty car park in Perth.
No BPA logo but they claim they can get the keeper's details from DVLA.
BTW It's "National", not "NAtional". Oops!

Not BPA OAS members, so they can't get keeper's details. Would be worth trying to get a ticket just to find out.
Do they really call them "penalty" charges?0 -
Hi TST,
Yes, they do. I might just try for a ticket. The only problem is that it means leaving my nice car in, shall we say, not the best part of Perth for a couple of hours.0 -
Another bunch of ex clampers now struggling for business!

Are you sure it's not National Parking Control? because it's this company that has its signs in our local Original Factory Shop, and they are on the AOS list. I made a complaint about them to the BPA about their signs which also mention penalties,What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

They have signs called penalty charges near me, there is no ppc name on them thoughWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
