Help!Nec e606

I bought a Nec e606 from this guy off ebay a few weeks ago, when I tried switching the phone on a few days after purchase, it came up 'invalid' IMEI'. I contacted the guy who contacted '3', and they told him nothing is wrong at their end.

Does anyone know what the problem is and what can be done to resolve it?

Many Thanks

Call 3 yourself and see if they have the same imei on your account as your imei.

When i worked at Vodafone, sometimes when an imei was different on the customers account to the real one, it didn't work.

    Maybe the same problem. ?
