The Rest is Noise is a year-long festival at London's Southbank Centre. The Centre is offering Guardian Extra members the chance to win a money-can't-buy weekend on 1 March 2013

The closing date and time of the Competition is 23:59 on 18 February 2013. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the prize draw.8. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries
9.The prize includes:
•A pair of tickets for Liza Minnelli's sold out concert on Friday 1 March.
• A night in A Room for London, on the roof of Queen Elizabeth Hall.
•A three-course meal for two from a set menu at Skylon. Table is booked for 5.30pm on 1 March 2013. One complimentary glass of champagne each is included. No further drinks are included.
•A pair of tickets for 'Berlin in the '20s & '30s' a weekend of talks, discussions and films exploring the glamour, tension, decadence and extremism of inter-war Weimar journey. Tickets available from the Queen Elizabeth Hall ticket office from 10am on Saturday 2 March.
•A signed copy of Alex Ross' The Rest Is Noise.
•A free copy of the souvenir programme for Liza Minnelli in Concert on collection of your tickets at the Royal Festival Hall ticket office, from half an hour before the concert.
10. The night in a Room for London is only valid on Friday 1 March
11. Tickets for the Liza Minnelli concert cannot be returned or exchanged
12. Berlin in the '20s & '30s takes place 2 – 3 March: tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
