Fantastic news I will be cracking open a bottle tonight and raising a glass. Homeowners have been under attack by the hpc chain gang and have clearly said NO we will not allow prices to drop0

And the actual price of the average house has droped £17 in the month! Seventeen pounds!!! No doubt the affordability index's will take this £17, chew it up, spit it out and state house prices are now incredibly affordable.

jan 13 is actually down fractionally on jan 12 so it's really -0.0%.

so it's a stretch to say that prices are rising.
an absurd stretch to claim that any prediction of rises during 2013 is anything more than pure guesswork.FACT.0 -

Land Registry, Halifax, ONS, and Acadametrics are all positive year on year.
