How do I set up a PayPal Micro Payment Account?

Can anyone help me please? I've been an eBay business seller for a few years and have a normal PayPal account.

I've just stumbled on some great stock which will probably sell for around £2.00 each (doesn't sound like much maybe, but I have a lot of it and paid pennies YAY :) ) I can't really bundle several together because it's the sort of thing people only want one or two of at a time.

Am I right in thinking a micro paypal account would help keep paypal fees down a little? I've tried searching for ways to set it up from my account by using their search/help sections but they aren't throwing anything up for me.

Could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance x

Click 'Sign up' it asks your region then wants you to login to your existing Paypal account.

    the following message is shown:

"You can request that your existing Business or Premier PayPal account be switched to micropayments pricing. Once your account is switched, you will no longer receive your old pricing, and instead you will be charged the Micropayments rate. You can only make the request with a Business or Premier account".

I can only assume that it recognises that you're not in the USA from there and adjusts itself accordingly. As I said I've not actually done it yet so I'm afraid I don't know.
