collectables.co.uk Chamilia Bracelet - Ebay problem

Hi There,
I bought a Chamilia bracelet from Collectables.co.uk
I never wore it and decided to sell it on ebay. I included the receipt for the bracelet in the sale.
The buyer who won the bracelet claimed it was a fake, opened up a case against me and won.
He is yet to post it back to me.
I'm now left with a bracelet that I can't sell and don't know what to do.
Collectables claim that all their stock is genuine, straight from Chamilia.
Has anyone any advice or experience of this?
Many Thanks.

Does his dispute claim it's fake?
Did you send the receipt with it? (And if yes, WHY??? And did you take a copy?)
Does the dispute say it has to be returned?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
Have you contacted them to see if they supply that seller and question if your item is genuine or not?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Hi There, Thanks for replies.
I did indeed send the a copy of the receipt with the bracelet in order to show that it was genuine.
Collectables.co.uk say they are an authorised seller and get their Chamilia directly from Chamilila themselves. They say it's the first time in 25 years they have come across a problem like this - where someone is claiming one of their items is fake.
The buyer has been told to return the bracelet to me by Ebay.
The buyer opened a case against me and Ebay sided with them (despite me providing receipt to them) so the case has closed in the buyer's favour.0 -
Oh, ok, so not that bad!
I thought they'd opened a dispute saying it was fake, and you had to prove it was genuine but had sent receipt with it.
The'll have to send it back tracked at their own cost, then you need to refuns the initial amount paid (cost plus postage). Be careful that they send the correct item plus receipt back.
In future, I'd only send a COPY of the receipt.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

But have you contacted Chamilia to see if they really are authorised resellers?
Although they spell it jewelry and make no mention of any resellers???Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
The person I spoke with at collectables.co.uk said they were Chamilia dealers at one stage but aren't any longer.
I'm worried the buyer is going to send back a different bracelet than I one I sent him. He appears to buy and sell Chamilia a lot on ebay. He stated that the hallmarks were unclear which is lies as they were very clear and I even pictured this in my ebay listing. This makes me suspicious.0
