I'm so disappointed but I bought some make up brushes of Ebay only to receive them today and find out there fake.
I wrote the seller and now they have amended the wording on their advert.
What can I do? They told me to post them back recorded delivery and they will only refund my money once they get them back in the same condition I got them.........If I paid a few pounds I wouldn't be bothered but I paid the full price like I would have paid for the real ones.
Should I contact Ebay or Paypal?
Please only answer if you have constructive information which can help.

It's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun

Can raise a claim through PayPal and they might give you a free return label but might not. Seller does not have to refund return postage per eBay rules but has to refund total price you paid including original postage
Best you can do is return TRACKED and then get your refund:heart2:Mummy to a beautiful little girl:heart2:

Apology's if my comment came across as being rude but I've seen on a number of threads where some people jump on OP's asking for advise making you regret posting in the first place.
Anyway I have been given the answer so thank youIt's better to regret something I did do than to regret something that I didn’t. :EasterBun0
