RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.classicfm.com/about-classic-fm/competition-terms-conditions/ apply to ‘VisitScotland National Galleries Scotland’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 21/01/13 to 03/02/13 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Classic FM.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must;

Go online to Classicfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 6am on 21/01/13 and close at 12midnight on 03/02/13 [on each day of the Competition].

Entrants will have to answer a random general knowledge question, and then complete 3 multiple choice survey questions as part of the entry form to the competition. Information from the survey will be passed onto Visit Scotland, however all answers will be anonymous.

The winner will be chosen at random following the closing date and time, and notified on Monday 4th February, by a Global Radio representative.

Eligibility:

4. Winners must be over 18 years old.

5. Multiple entries are permitted.

Prize:

6. A luxury two night break to Edinburgh including a VIP visit to The Scottish Colourist Series : SJ Peploe , at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art (Modern Two), consisting of;

7. A personal tour, for the winner plus a friend, with an exhibition curator. Guided tour subject to availability, and must be booked in advance

8. A copy of the exhibition catalogue.

9. Afternoon tea for two in the Gallery’s Caf!.

10. A two night stay, for two people, with breakfast each morning, in Channings hotel, Edinburgh.

11. Dates subject to availability, and must be booked in advance.

12. Prize includes £250 spending money, which will be sent to the winner in the form of a cheque.

13. Travel not included.

14. The Scottish Colourist Series : SJ Peploe is on at the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art (Modern Two) until 23 June 2013

15. Prize cannot be taken during bank holidays or during the Easter weekend

16. Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize
