    True or you can exclude section 33 of the Wills.Act 1837 in your Will then it will go to the surviving child(ren)

    There seems to be some confusion.

    Your will applies at point of your death and the estate at that time including any outstanding assets due from those that pre decease you

    It does not apply to any future potential inheritance from those that die after you.


    That was the point being corrected in the OP post.
