Be warned they will call you and when they ask if you want an information pack tell them where to stick it, because if you say yes they take that as a verbal agreement to sign up for their package! They did the same to my mother (doesn't speak good english) and it's only when TalkTalk wrote to me I realised what was going on, NewTel even admitted that they do this!

I've heard that NTL used to do the same a few years back.

Be warned, I was sooo mad and annoyed at this, managed to get it sorted in the end but took some serious effort and a very lengthy discussion with a lot of raised voices!!!!:mad:

How can they get away with this?!?!
