30-minute gym workouts?

High Intensity Interval Training may be your best bet. Do some searches on google.
Basically you sprint as hard as you can for 1 min & slow right down for 2 mins.
There are variations on this depending on how fit you are. I used to do this on the cross trainer & rowing machine for example. However, it can be done on any machine at the gym.0 -
If I interval train it tends to be in a similar vein to Insanity - 3 mins on, and MAX 1min off. Gets very tiring!
Never thought of doing it on the gym machines though

As a busy mum I only ever seem to have 20-30 minutes to workout, HIIT workouts seem to have the best results. I use you tube it's free and there are tons of workouts on there fitness blender is good, they also have their own website. Also the 30 day shred plan is a good workout which is also found on you tube. The best thing is they are free and if you do them 3-4 times a week you will see great results HTH

I can imagine your work out being very tiring. Doing 1 min flat out & 2 mins lowering the resistance is great.
I have used the rowing machine, cross trainer, treadmill, bike & stepper. 15 mins is all you need & then you still have time for strength training aswell.
Although, you can do as long as you can stand.0
