Legal Cover with car insurance

I have just bought a car insurance through RAC, they were quoting £29.99 for a legal cover, it seems like a daylight robbery. I've got two cars that would mean £60 for an insurance I might never use. Before anyone jump down my throat, i'm not advocating that people shouldn't get the legal cover, i know the benefits, eg: when the accident is not your fault
I've seen this memonline.co.uk/legal.html (sorry i'm not allowed to put links, don't forget www in front) used to be bestcover, it is quoting £14.99 for two cars, appears very reasonable. Should i get the cover from here? Has anyone had any dealing with this compnay? any reviews or can someone recommend another compnay?

SCAM WEBSITE... Its not legit...
Contact details do not match the genuine companies.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Why is it a SCAM website?
Looks like a broker is selling a policy and acting as coverholder for Kindertons Accident Management?0 -
Because the website posted above was not registered to the company mentioned.
It was registered to a LTD company that does not exist. And contact details do not match the company mentioned also.
Why would they register the website 2 months ago (i think its was) to a LTD company that is not on the companies house register?
See the other thread on them.

Personally I think legal insurance is the next miss-selling scandal. People are pressured into buying a product they don't understand. I maintain this is cover you don't need. Who has cover for legal costs other than motoring ones? If this is so important why don't why all buy general policies to cover these eventualities?0

The cover with a home policy covers a lot of things, but not motoring.0 -
