LED Lights

Hi All, I hope someone can help me with an odd query.... I've taken out all my GU10 50wbulbs from my house and fitted LED GU10 to save energy costs. Excellent!
I have a small problem with two bulbs in that they dont turn off completely! They go dim, but not off - I'm using normal light switches.....
Does this indicate an electrical fault??
cheers

Well its getting a live from somewhere, so its probably had in the past more than 1 light switch maybe?
I know a similar thing happens in cars when you replace bulbs with LED, and because they need a smaller current to operate, they light up on this low current which normally wouldnt light an old style bulb!
The way its solved in cars is by adding in resistors, but i would probably consult an electrician if somethings getting a current when its apparently switched off!0 -
It's called Capacitive Coupling.
To cure it, fit a 0.047uF capacitor (rated at 250 VAC) in series with a 100 Ω resistor across the switched live and neutral.Understeer is when you hit a wall with the front of your car
Oversteer is when you hit a wall with the back of your car
Horsepower is how fast your car hits the wall
Torque is how far your car sends the wall across the field once you've hit it0
