I think these are aimed at kids I just noticed it says 'Cath Kids' on the front although I can't see in the description that it says they are for children, does anyone know if they are regular size or kids size as I have bought them for an adult?

Childrens......... but look at it as a tea plate & small dainty cup :D

  • I noticed this on their website about 7pm and placed an order then, just got an email (10.30pm) with order update "cannot fulfil the order" so annoyed, Debenhams service is shocking

So, sorry to say, you probably won't get yours either. Boo
  • Just got a confirmation email then an unable to fulfill email be interesting to see if anyone gets these.

  • Mine cancelled too, and I ordered five different items. All cancelled. Pretty poor really.
  • I had one in my shopping bag from about an hour ago and it's still letting me checkout. I'm not, as it's not worth it judging by the cancellation emails but that is very poor customer service. Tut tut Debenhams. Bad service indeed.
Wins to date: Pair of tickets to the Diamond Jubilee garden party & concert 2012. A Persil bunny. :D

Same here and I ordered around 40 different items. Very poor and they are just going to get more complaints as most of my items are still available to order!

another 'unable to fulfil order' email here!! I rarely order from Debenhams for this reason but really wanted this set for a gift.

    shocking really and soo frustrating!!!

dreadful stock management.. once it's sold, it should show as being out of stock!!!

Reckon my 5 year old could do a better stock control / ordering system!!! It's hardly rocket science!!!
