Mortgage costs

Hi,
We have £20000 saved and just about to try for our second attempt at getting a mortgage(fingers crossed). We are wondering what sort of costs will we have to pay, legal fees, stamp duty, survey and any others just to find out what we will have left to offer on a property. We are looking at 10% deposit.
Thanks,
Chris
