What Are The Causes Of Damp Kitchen? and how to prevent it?

Hi,
Friends.
I want to repair my bedroom and my kitchen together. Both of my bedroom and kitchen is effected by damp. Please suggest how to prevent it. and Also suggest what precautions should be taking during repair.

I apologize in advance for any green questions that I may have.

    Rising damp, penetrating damp, or condensation? All different problems, with different solutions.
    But if it's kitchen and bathroom, I'd hazard a guess that the issue is condensation. In which case you simply need to improve the ventilation.
    PS: I suggest you edit your personal details in Control Panel so as not to include your full address in your posts!
