Buyer has paid for items individually

Can I refund them and send an invoice for them to pay as a group? There's about 5 individual items.
Surprised ebay even allow this, they should only be able to pay them in a group.

People can pay however they want. What are aments and how does partial refunding help?
I offer free delivery on all my items, if that matters.
Can I still send them as one package even though they've paid individually (tracked or untracked)? I'll just take the hit on the paypal fees.0 -

My iPad keeps making up words, that should be payments.

This has happened to me a few times....I sell small items from a set individually. If the buyer buys a few and pays before I can combine invoice then I message them to let them know I would have combined. I then give them an option of a partial refund or another item from the set. They happily ask for another item....are happy and leave positive0

If they are using ebay mobile they may not be able to pay together. I've had it before where I bought multiple items from a seller and went to pay for them together and found I couldn't using my phone.S.P.C member 1662 - target £3000
