Cons ChildCare Tax Breaks-Is That Fair To Low Earners?

Coalition discussing what to do about the huge problem of child care costs for famililies - theyve been seen to be unfair to single earners over child benefit so I wonder what they will do about this?

Nothing.....if you want child care basically they are implying you should earn more money so you can afford it on your own without relying on the child care component of working tax credits. Have a stay at home parent or one parent working full time in the days and the other parent working part time evening and weekends so child care not needed.
    :footie:
:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

Free before school breakfast clubs for all. There's a positive idea which will help many with kids.
  • Looks like the Cons are going to give the rich their child benefit back - in another form 'Tax Breaks' Coalition set to announce it this week in a bid to refloat the coalition's flagging fortunes :

Voters won't fall for it though - biggest mistake Cameron ever made was to insult their intelligence! Hence the polls with Labour's big lead firming up all the time! Low paid workers will see the unfairness of this and won't be conned by the pretence of taking child benefit away from rich families when it's more than made up for another tax break giveaway!
