I couldn't find a relevant thread in reference to the courts, but i think this is the nearest in hope of getting any response.

Being taken to small claims court and having lost a dispute, one is responsible also for paying the court fees and/or travel expenses of the opposition, right?

My question is; am i entitled to reimbursement of costs from the courts? (depending on the situation).
