we are celebrating house prices getting even more out of reach for the average person in the uk , i suppose it's the same as the stock market rises this week as the usa announced it wasn't going to deal with it's debts , :beer:beers all round

Sadly, some posters here liked to see the million potential FTB-s prevented from buying through mortgage rationing.
They thought this would give them the "next leg down".
They were wrong of course.
