I got an email from https://www.lastminute.com saying they are selling top-price tickets to West End musical fame for only £10.
The sale is TODAY (26/04) only, from 9am to 5pm. Normally best seats cost upto £55.
Deal's available "Evenings Monday to Thursday & Saturday at 19.30 and Friday at 20.30; Matinees Friday at 17.30 and Saturday at 15.00", and there is no booking fee. Available dates are 9-31 May.
Fame is on at Shaftsbury Theatre.

Doesn't look like it. I'm concerned that best-available will mean at the time you pick up rather than when you order. So, you won't know what you get until you pick them up at the show.

When I did one of these deals with the Telegraph, you phoned up and they could tell you when you ordered which seats they had.

I only want to do this deal if it's going to be one of the £40+ seats, not one of the £20. I'm thinking that a weekday would be the best one to pick, any people with experience can recommend?

in the small box with prices for the tickets it states "up to £55" so i am also concerned as to where the actual seat may be.The other deal in the dine and theatre for £20 states where the seats are...i think it said upper circle and are worth £17.50?
