Don't think I'll ever get completely out of debt!

I don't know how to post a SOA for advice.
Last year of two huge loans but now have a £3 grand credit card and overdraft to also pay off.
Everything is just so expensive. Food is crazy petrol is crazy. It's really hard to live let alone live debt free and on your feet.
I'm going to Slimming World to lose weight but whilst I am still in debt I begrudge it because I want to be on my feet and £5 is a lot to go on the scale.
How on earth are people meant to live these days?

By budgeting and not spending too much.
