Hope it gets there in time to stop them seeing as their letter says 27th December and I only got it today!
Thanks, corrected now0 -
For goodness sake plot thickens. On the very day they receive my recorded delivery letter, they send a letter out to tell me that without notice or further warning they will take me to court, unless I contact them within 7 days. I was instructed not to write as this is time limited.
So....should I be scared? Considering the DWP and the DCA themselves have said they cannot take court action, I'm inclined to ignore this latest attempt to scare me. What do you guys think?0 -

Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.0 -
Hi, this is not statute barred. There is a possibility because of the amount it could be written off but if not the it may go to a private company for them to recover otherwise if it cant go to court then If you do not repay then as soon as you start recieving your occupational pension they will make deductions of a third of your weekly rate until it is recovered. Hope this helps0
