no, your safe. i do it all the time and they can't physically reverse the transaction - as far as i'm aware.

i use this method all the time on internet forums wheni sell stuff and never had any issue.

Now that payments are made by Faster Payment, once the payment is in your account the money is there to stay.

Before FP's came in, bank transfers were made by BACS. As it was a slower method of payment, it was possible for the sender of the money to do a BACS Recall. BACS recalls were relatively rare, and if the money was recalled it would have been transferred out of your account on the day it was received. So it was safer with BACS to wait until the next day to make sure there was no recall.

But now we have FP's its safe to send the goods as soon as the money is in your bank account
