I really need to start meal planning.
Can you make January a use-up month? Challenge yourself to create meal plans to use all this stuff up? Some of it sounds lovely and you'd gain some cupboard space and saving on the grocery budget too.
For practical reasons I have to run our freezers to empty two or three times a year. It means we have the occasional strange combination meals while we're emptying but it's probably a good discipline for me getting to entirely empty.
Although, to be fair, I'm really not keen on eating the lemon and lime popsicles that have been lurking since last summer
