Nationwide CC online statement delay?

I suppose it's a Christmas thing, but on 25Dec, I got an email saying my statement was ready for online viewing.
But... we're now at 28Dec and it's not there. No PDF to view.
On "recent transactions", the "next payment due by" and "next statement date" have been advanced to January. But all the transactions since November are then listed. Those should have been put on the Dec 24 statement.
On "statement summary" it shows the details as for the November statement, with next payment due by 19 Dec.
Understandable that there might be some kind of delay over Christmas, but a bit silly that the online information is internally inconsistent and they send out an email saying a statement is ready for viewing when it's not!

I had a statement (not Nationwide, I must admit) due on the 25th, along with several SOs. They were taken on the 27th and the statement was produced on the same day.0

Same here, my statement was due on Christmas Eve but nothing has updated on the website - actually tell a lie, my payment due date says 18th January, but there is no statement PDF to view at all.
I never got an email either.0 -

Has anyone ever paid cash off a Nationwide credit card in branch? Will they allow it?0 -
Imagine the uproar if you were late making your payment based on this glitch?0

I've found that I sometimes need to wait a day after this email to be able to view my Nationwide current account statement in pdf (the same folks producing the CC bills, I guess.) It's a little annoying at first because you get to know your statement date and would go looking anyway without the disjointed reminders they send......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0

Be warned if you download the iphone app,first set up was easy then next time it locked me out so I went back to old method of signing in only to be told I had been de-selected for online banking,now have to wait for new security codes...grrrr0

I've never had that problem with either, iPhone app works fine. Guess there are just glitches all over the place.
My statement has updated now too - no email from them though to say it is available.0
