Explanation of 'Stars' on MSE

It's probably not the right location to ask and there's probably an explanatory page on MSE somewhere, but I'm having trouble finding it:

MSE user are graded as below - undoubtedly to some degree based on the frequency of activity, but I recently noticed a case where a contributor had higher stars but has contributed fewer posts than another contributor. Does anyone know what each star level's parameters are?

5 Stars Deliciously Dedicated Diehard MoneySaving Devotee
4 Stars Fantastically Fervent MoneySaving Super Fan
3 Stars Serious MoneySaving Fan
2 Stars MoneySaving Stalwart
1 Star MoneySaving Convert

Cheers!
