onetel service

12 months ago i entered a contract with onetel, having taken the online tarrif guide. the tarrif was for 9.99 but would reduce after each full year.surprise, surprise after twelve months they now wont stick by the deal.repeated calls to their customer service line, somehere in india but staffed trevors and cecils, have failed to resolve the problem and led to onetel getting heavy handed. any one had a similar problem. ive since cancelled my contract and gone payg. thanks

p.s. if you want to speak to someone in England at onetel then ring the british gas switchboard and ask for onetel's managing director
