Brand new washing machine won't rinse...

Hi....wonder if anyone can help?
I have a brand new beko WM7110 washing machine fitted and installed by the delivery guys yesterday (Friday) but it doesn't work!
I started with a cotton wash which commenced its program but then stopped before rinsing and ended. I trued a program spin and drain to remove the drum full of water but it refused to spin and just rotated the clotges for 20minutes before ending - no drain.
Tried again and again, even restarting first program but not working.
So manually drained machine using front filter and removed the wet clothes.
Tried a spin with an empty drum and worked perfectly.
Reloaded with clothes (normal shirts, underwear etc) and started a timesaver program (for speed sake!) but again stopped after wash and refused to rinse. Now I am doing a manual rinse but the drum is still full of suds so not hopeful (only used one wash capsule by the way!)
Any ideas??
(probably need to phone engineer but they will not be available until Monday)
Thanks!

If you bought it from a retailer, try ringing them now. They are often open till 8 or try tomorrow.
Your contract is with them so it should be them who ring the engineer.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
sounds like your outlet pipe is kinked stopping the water from pumping out. this will stop rinse and spin from working .
pull the machine out and check the pipes are ok and that the water is turned on for both hot and cold0 -
More likely than not to be a kinked outlet pipe as mentioned above, the water inside the machine operates a pressure switch which is why the programme would not go into a spin, with no water inside the machine can spin.
When you put it onto the drain / spin programme could you hear a whirring noise like the pump ? the alternative could be a pump problem but unlikely seeing as its a new machine. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0 -
As mentioned it could well be the drain hose twisted.
Inst.book for my new Beko (diff model but same principle) states
that as being likely reason for machine not draining.
The other possible was clogged hose but can't be that yet!
Get them back to have a look.0 -
just wanted to update and close case.....
The engineer confirmed a faulty PCB (Control Panel) and therefore drain not working....after many calls and a failed delivery i have cancelled the replacement.
New thread on my Argos vent if anyone is interested!
