Free 'Cat in The Hat DVD' - Tesco deal of the day [CLOSED]

I have just canceled my free trial run and asked about the cat in the hat DVD. They are waiting for more stocks to come in. They didn't know how popular it would be so waited until the promotion was over to order the DVD's. I was told they should be delivered within 30 days.

how did you ask about your free dvd??? did you have to ring up??? I've cancelled my subscription and just need to watch this last film, but I only signed up for my free dvd!!

I phoned up and cancelled. I said that I needed to cancel and how does this effect my free DVD. He said that you should get it anyway and as it happens he was in the process of sending an email to the person responsible for the free DVD, so he said that he has added my name to the bottom to ensure that I get it.

we got a free DVD today addressed to Mr Brown.... I think that it must be a mix up by tesco... there never has been a Mr.Brown living here, and I even used my real name when i signed up (not Mr. Brown)

Mine was addressed to a Mr Chan! Again I used my real name to sign up so looks like Tesco have mixed up most of their orders.
