Another Soffits and Bargeboard replacement question

Hi Guys
Looking for some advice, we would like to replace our Soffits and Bargeboard (wooden) with UPVC. We might be able to rescue the guttering but will make the decision based on the cost.

It’s an average detached house not sure about lengths but at the back of the house we have a conservatory hence will require the use of scaffolding.

Like many, totally new in this so need some help in establishing what sort of work require, what sort of budget we should put aside and more importantly what to watch out for when evaluating quotes?

Well call someone out to do it then.

Failing that measure it yourself and work it out.

As said its not easy without any measurements is it all fascias and soffit just straight runs or gables your asking advice with the minimum of description.We do this type of work all the time believe it or not there is no such thing as an average sized detached house and you dont even say how many beds so that makes it even harder
