Steps to enter the SurfStitch’ "Win a trip to QuikPro Australia with SurfStitch & Quiksilver" are as follows:

1. Promotion ends 11.59pm CEST 31/12/2012
2. The promotion is open to European residents, over 18 years, only.
3. Promoter is SurfStitch Europe owned by SurfStitch Europe Pty Ltd, an Australian company with a share capital of 1000 AUD, whose French branch is based in Soorts Hossegor (40150), 3 Lotissement Le Cheu, rue de Pascouaou, registered on the Registry of Trade and Companies of Dax under number 535 035 547, whose intra-community VAT number is FR 26 535 035 547, the Siret number is 535 035 547 00020, the telephone number is +33 (0)5 58 73 24 24).
4. Prizes are:
a. FIRST PRIZE consists of flying the winner and one friend to Australia for 2 weeks for the Quiksilver Pro & Roxy Pro, 2nd–13th March 2013 and includes the following:

- 2 Economy return tickets from Europe to Australia, Gold Cost.
- 13 nights accommodation in Australia, Gold Cost.
- Hotel – Airport transfers.
Provided by Quiksilver Australia
- VIP Passes to event for the duration of the event, 2nd–13th March 2013.
- $200 clothing voucher from the event merchandise tent
- Surf With a Pro – Quiksilver Australia will tailor this prize to suit the prize winner – i.e if a person wins that surfs really well the winner will surf with Craig Anderson, but if the person wins that has never surfed before, Quiksilver Australia will set up a surf school lesson.
Not provided by SurfStitch or Billabong
- All additional expenses including food, drink, in-country travel or other incidentals will not be covered
b. SECOND PRIZE consists of one voucher worth €1000 RRP wardrobe from SurfStitch Europe
c. THIRD PRIZE consists of one voucher worth €500 RRP wardrobe from SurfStitch Europe
5. There will be a random draw to determine winners. Winners will be selected at the conclusion of the competition – (31.12.2012). Winner will be notified by email or telephone.
6. Should the winner’s electronic address and/or postal address be erroneous or if we are unable to contact the winner via the contact details provided within 7 days we reserve the right to award the prizes to the person who has been drawn right after him/her and so on and the lost winner, is not entitled to make any claims for any reason.
7. Preference of products for the vouchers is determined by the availability of products when the competition closes and winners are given his and her gift vouchers.
8. SurfStitch has no obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete or otherwise non-compliant entry. Additionally, SurfStitch is not liable for any mistakes, errors or incorrect steps taken by participants. Only valid entries will be accepted and SurfStitch reserves the right to determine qualifying participants.
9. SurfStitch is not liable for any technical glitches on Facebook occurring during any part of the competition.
10. Neither SurfStitch employees and family nor agents of SurfStitch are eligible for this competition.
