I named my daughter as my executor a few years ago, she has recently got married, do i need to change my will ?

No, but she may need to show the marriage certificate as well as provide proof of ID to prove that she is the correct personEat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Slightly different circumstance, a change of name following divorce, not a marriage, but I showed my Deed Poll document with anything to do my Father's will and estate since his death. Not had one query.0
