Opening/closing date & time:

· Competition opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and online via the www.itv.comwebsite as stated in the promotion for the ‘Loose Women’ programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 12 November 2012.

· Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 11.00 a.m. on Monday 19 November 2012 as stated in the Programme.

· Competition closes for entries online at 07.30 a.m. on Friday 23 November 2012.

Winner selection date:

Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.

How to enter & cost of entry:

To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

· PRTS Phone - call 09012 931 941and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.03 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.

· SMS text – send a SMS text to 63303 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Each text costs £1.00 plus one standard network rate message. If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

· Online – go to www.itv.com and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

A cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payablein the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) M&S Vouchers

Vouchers to spend in participating M&S stores in the UK and Eire and in participating franchise stores worldwide worth £5,000 (five thousand pounds) (the ‘vouchers’). The vouchers will be issued in denominations of £25. The vouchers cannot be spent online or redeemed against financial service products. The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative but the full value of the vouchers does not have to be spent in one store visit. It is the responsibility of the winner to pay for the value of any item(s) which exceeds the value of the vouchers. The issuer reserves the right to refuse to accept vouchers which are deemed to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which are otherwise suspected to be fraudulently affected. The vouchers have no expiry date but the Promoter recommends that the winner redeems the vouchers within 12 months of receipt unless otherwise stated by the issuer of the vouchers. Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Provider shall be liable when a voucher has been lost or stolen following delivery of the prize. Use of the vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, M&S, which are set out on the back of each voucher.
