A challenge

We have already had our main holiday this year and have something booked for next February but it has been a bit of a tough year so far and I would like to give DW a treat.

So I am looking for suggesitons for something nice but different .. something warm but more than just lying on a beach or drinking 24/7. Nothing too expensive so would be looking to limit the budget to between £1000-1500 all in (i.e. including activities and food). I am easy as far as destination and length of time are concerned but the origin must be Belfast ... dates? any time from the end of June right through to end of October should be fine .. I should add that I am not fussed on doing a lot of driving.

I also have about 5000 airmiles and 130K BA points (although I do not want to use my BA points because I am keeping them for something else).

How about a villa holiday in Orlando? There is loads to do there apart from the theme parks if that isn't your thing.
