Accommodation in Pirbright/Woking area?

Can anyone tell me of any cheap B&B's in the Pirbright/Woking area? My auntie is going down there on thursday to watch her grandsons passing out parade and needs a room for 1 night (thurs 19th). Does anyone know of anywhere? I've been looking but can't find anything cheap!

Can't find anything particularly cheap except one on the following list which says from £25.

Otherwise my first thought was The Rowbarge, nice hotel with pub on side of canal - lovely. However, £65!
