Sky won't allow me to Cancel Phone/Broadband

Fuming fuming fuming :mad:

I've just spent over an hour on the phone to these idiots and they say i'll have to pay an early termination charge :mad:

I quoted the T&C's and the Ofcom guidelines but nope she wasnt having it at all.

I even directed here to this statement on the Sky site http://www.sky.com/shop/terms-conditions/talk/code-of-practice/tariff-guide/

She could not find this below on her system!!!

Important changes to Sky Line Rental

For existing customers who joined Sky Line Rental before 1 September 2012, the price of your Sky Line Rental will increase to £14.50 a month.


What do i do? i'm writing in to complain and printing all the above off.

Rant over, got a headache now :(

    What attitude, think you'll find you have an attitude jumping to conclusions like that, i was pointing out the fact that's all to what has led me to this and that link explains it that's all.

    I'm not ranting and no I didn't say everyone in a Scotland worked for Sky did I just that Livingstone is Scotland i think (where i've been ringing/emailing)

    All sorted now anyway. :)
