So...today we had two letters from Cabot DCA telling us that 'further to the correspondence from the Yorkshire Bank' they now were taking over the two accounts.
Except, we'd had no communication at all from the YB. Bit of a shock...
I rang CCCS to inform them...oh, the YB had told them and not us *sigh*

CCCS were managing your accounts right? So in effect YB had informed you. It's CCCS you should be complaining about for not passing this information on to you, not YB who have followed the correct procedure.B.A - Shut up fool!0

I've now read this 4 times and I can't understand why people are so aggressive...and wrong.
Yorkshire Bank should have informed BR and CCCS at the same time. Common courtesy if nothing else, never mind the contract still being between BR and Yorkshire Bank.
But of course banks never, ever do anything wrong.
You keep going BR despite these small setbacks. It may be ok but if you need any advice, just shout.I'm Debt Free :j 2/09/2013
