Amazon seller: no answer and Amazon won't help

I purchased an electric blanket in January 2012 for £40 and it has stopped working. It was purchased via Amazon from Direct Sales. Emails to the seller have been ignored. Amazon state they can do nothing as they say they are not directly involved and over 30 days have passed. It was purchased using an AA credit card - they say they can do nothing as over 120 days have elapsed.
So, the seller will not communicate and Amazon and my credit card company will not help. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanking you in advance!

Your only hope is to make contact with the seller.
Have you tried ringing them or writing a letter?0 -
