Hi , Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place.
I bought my daughter a steam mop from argos last year for xmas, within a week, it wasnt working, so it was taken back and exchanged with no problem. Today I had a message from her saying that the handle is broken...:( ... God knows what she has done with it... but she has asked me if I still have receipt for it!... I did tell her that she would have had the receipt to exchange in the 1st place... but she cant find it! I know that I paid for it on my credit card, and have found my statement showing the purchase.... but... it doesnt show the item of course... can anyone advise me if this item will be able to be returned or not...daughter seems to think it should be guaranteed for 12 months, but Im not sure, and without original receipt.. I have told her that I very much doubt it...
this xmas, I am buying her a mop and bucket lol :rotfl:
